1. Eligibility for Return

• Returns are accepted only for the following products: Women’s Kurti, Sharara Suit Set, Gown Set, Lehenga Choli, and Anarkali Suit.
• The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Products purchased on sale, discount, or clearance are not eligible for return.
• Customized or stitched items are non-returnable.

3. Return Process

• Share your order details and reason for return along with clear images (if damaged/defective).
• Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
• If approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or defective items, subject to availability.
• If the requested size/product is unavailable, a refund will be processed.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, report it within 48 hours of delivery with proper images.
• After verification, a replacement or refund will be provided.

7. Shipping Charges

• Return shipping charges may apply, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

8. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
• Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
